Fairhaven Deeds Show $650,000 Price Gap Between Most Active Streets

Bristol County deed records show 49 Fairhaven property transfers recorded between July 31 and Aug. 29, with 20 disclosing a sale price ranging from $280,000 to $930,000 and a median of $500,000. The month's top transaction was a $930,000 commercial sale at 123 Sconticut Neck Road between two LLCs. Main Street saw the most activity of any single street, with five recorded transfers. At least 21 of the 29 undisclosed-price deeds involved matching or related grantor and grantee names, consistent with trust or family transfers rather than open-market sales, meaning disclosed pricing data covers well under half of total recorded activity this period.
