The top sale was 123 Sconticut Neck Road, which sold for $930,000 on July 31 from Prospect Realty Partners LLC to Vrakas Group Realty LLC. Main Street saw the most activity with five recorded transfers. Nearly half of all recorded deeds, 18 of 40, involved a family, trust or estate transfer, and none of those had a sale price recorded, a pattern consistent with non-arm's-length transactions in deed records.
