Fairhaven Deeds Show $930,000 Top Sale, Family Transfers Common
Fairhaven recorded 40 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only 17 listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $280,000 to $930,000, with a median of $500,000. The top sale was 123 Sconticut Neck Road, which sold for $930,000 on July 31 from Prospect Realty Partners LLC to Vrakas Group Realty LLC. Main Street saw the most activity with five recorded transfers. Nearly half of all recorded deeds, 18 of 40, involved a family, trust or estate transfer, and none of those disclosed a sale price, a pattern consistent with non-arm's-length transactions in deed records.
