Sixteen deeds had a sale price recorded, ranging from $280,000 to $2,945,000, with a median of $535,715. The period's top sale was 1 Smugglers Rd, sold for $2,945,000 by Keith Decker to David P. Schenkein as trustee, the only transaction above $1 million. Main Street saw the most activity, with five recorded transfers. More than half the month's deeds, 19 of 35, carried no price recorded yet, many involving transfers between individuals and family trusts bearing the same name.
