Fairhaven recorded 42 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, with prices ranging from $120,000 to $13,478,377 and a median of $430,000 among the 24 sales with recorded prices so far. The month's standout transaction was the $13,478,377 sale of 184 Main St., a commercial property transferred between two LLCs, far exceeding the next-highest sales of $950,000 on Alphonse Drive and Huttleston Avenue. Huttleston Avenue saw three separate sales, and a dozen transfers moved property into same-owner trusts without a recorded price. With 18 of 42 sales still awaiting price data, a fuller picture of the period's market tone will take shape as registry records update.
