Fairhaven Sees 41 Property Sales From $280,000 to $865,000 in Late Summer
Fairhaven recorded 41 property transfers in Bristol County deeds from Aug. 7 to Sept. 5, though only 17 sales, 41 percent, disclosed a price. Disclosed prices ranged from $280,000 to $865,000, with a median of $511,430. The month's top recorded sale was 1 Mark Drive, which sold for $865,000 to Richard Allen Ketchie. Sixteen of the 41 transfers moved property between grantors and grantees sharing a name or family connection, largely transfers into trusts, none with a disclosed price. Starboard Drive, Main Street and Bridge Street each saw multiple recorded transfers during the period.
