Fairhaven records 43 property transfers in past month, top sale tops $930,000

The Bristol County Registry of Deeds recorded 43 Fairhaven property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8. Of those, 19 carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $175,000 to $930,000, with a median of $485,500. The month's top transaction was 123 Sconticut Neck Road, which sold for $930,000 on July 31 from Prospect Realty Partners LLC to Vrakas Group Realty LLC. Adams Street, Alden Road, Green Street and Sconticut Neck Road each saw three recorded transfers. Twenty-one of the 43 deeds listed matching grantor and grantee names, consistent with trust or estate transfers, and none of those disclosed a price, meaning nearly half of recorded activity is not reflected in the reported price range.
