Fairhaven sale prices span $205,000 to $2.9 million in September property records
Fairhaven recorded 33 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with 21 carrying a sale price so far. Those prices ranged from $205,000 to $2,945,000, with a median of $420,000. The month's top sale was 1 Smugglers Road at $2,945,000, far above the median. Huttleston Avenue saw three related transfers, and three parcels on Weeden Road and Floral Drive each sold for $205,000 to a conservation trust on the same day. Nine of the 12 unpriced deeds were transfers between owners and their own trusts rather than open-market sales, and most priced sales, 13 of 21, closed under $500,000.
