Fairhaven records 43 property deeds in four-week stretch, topped by $930,000 Sconticut Neck Road sale

Fairhaven recorded 43 property deeds between July 17 and Aug. 15, with 20 disclosing a sale price ranging from $175,000 to $930,000 and a median of $500,000. The month's top sale was 123 Sconticut Neck Rd., which sold for $930,000 on July 31 from Prospect Realty Partners LLC to Vrakas Group Realty LLC. Nearly half of all recorded transfers, 20 of 43, involved parties sharing the same name or a trust bearing the seller's name, and none of those disclosed a price. Sconticut Neck Road and Starboard Drive each saw multiple recorded transactions during the period.
